Kat works as an economist for the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF) in London, doing research on infrastructure investment and central bank governance. This 2018, she presented her research about gender balance in public investment institutions to celebrate International Women’s Day at the High Commission of Australia in London.

Kat graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master of Public Policy degree on full scholarship. She was a UK Student Ambassador for British Council Philippines.
