Register to the SPCP Online School Management (SchoolAide)

Assessment
Allow 2–3 working days for the Admissions team to review your application. Watch for the email with your entrance exam and interview schedule (check Spam/Junk).
Payment
Pay the ₱800 non-refundable Admission Fee may be paid online or on-site at the SPCP Cashier on the day of the examination and submit originals to the Grade School Guidance Office.
Confirmation
A confirmation email of the admission results will be sent to your email address registered in the SchoolAide and posted on the portal.
Enrollment Guide (Schoolaide)
Please bring the original copy and submit two (2) photocopies of the following on the day of the entrance examination:
Required:
- PSA-Certified Birth Certificate
- Latest Report Card with LRN (Kinder;Grade 12) or Progress Report Card (Preschool)
- Recent 1×1 ID pictures (2 pcs)
- Health Certificate (fit to attend school)
- Recommendation Forms (see next question)
If applicable:
- Baptismal Certificate
- Parent’s Marriage Certificate
Recommendation forms may be downloaded from the SchoolAide Portal or accessed through the school website.
- Preschool Applicants: One (1) form — completed by the Homeroom Adviser or Guidance Counselor.
- Grades 1–12: Two (2) forms — completed by the Homeroom Adviser and Guidance Counselor.
Completed forms must be sent directly by the recommender to admissions@spcpasig.edu.ph with the subject:
RECOMMENDATION FORM_Last Name, First Name_Level Applying For
Please bring the original and two (2) photocopies of the following:
- Passport (bio-page, admission, and authorized stay)
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-Card)
- Translated and Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Translated and Authenticated Complete School Records
- Transcript of Records (from the start of schooling)
The Admission Fee is ₱800 (non-refundable). It may be paid online through the SchoolAide Portal or on-site at the SPCP Cashier on the day of the examination.
- A copy of your email notification (printed or screenshot)
- Pencil, eraser, and ballpen
- Snacks
- All required documents (original + 2 photocopies)
Please strictly follow your scheduled testing date and time. Latecomers will only be given a 15-minute grace period.
Kindly log in to your SchoolAide Portal to view your application status in real time. Admission results are also sent via email — please check your Spam/Junk folder.
