- Create a SchoolAide account.
- Fill out the necessary information. Upload the documents needed.
- Wait for an email for the admissions fee payment, requirements submission, and testing schedule.
- Pay the Admissions Fee (P600.00) at the SPCP Cashier.
- Submit the following requirements to the Admissions/Guidance Office.

- PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) Certified Birth Certificate
- Latest Report Card with Learner Reference Number (LRN will apply for Kinder to Grade 12 applicants)
- Progress Report (Preschool Applicants)
- 2 pieces of 1X1 ID Picture
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Parent’s Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Recommendation Forms:
- To be filled out by the Adviser and Guidance Counselor
- For Preschool applicants, one (1) Recommendation Form only โ to be filled out by the Adviser.
- Autobiography (Grades 5 to 12 only)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card (if applicable)
- Health Certificate (for non-vaccinated students)
