Basic Requirements: 2 Photocopies of the following

·        PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) Certified Birth Certificate  

·        Latest Report Card with Learner Reference Number (LRN will apply for Kinder to Grade 12 applicants) 

     o        Progress Report for Preschool

·        2 pcs of 1×1 ID picture 

·        Baptismal Certificate (if applicable) 

·        Parent’s Marriage Certificate (if applicable)

·        Recommendation Forms:  

o   To be filled out by the Homeroom Adviser and the Guidance Counselor

o   For Preschool applicants: one (1) Recommendation Form only – to be filled out by the Adviser

·        Autobiography and Essay (Grades 5 to 12 only)

·        COVID-19 Vaccination card (if applicable)

     o   Health Certificate (for non-vaccinated students)

Additional Requirements (for Foreign Students)

·        Passport (bio-page, admission, and authorized stay) 

·        Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I-Card)   

·        Translated and Authenticated Birth Certificate   

·        Translated and Authenticated Complete School Records

ADMISSIONS PROCESS 

1. Create an Account at https://schoolaide.spcpasig.edu.ph

2. Fill out the necessary information.

3. Upload the documents needed.

                 a. PSA (Philippine Statistics Authority) Certified Birth Certificate

                 b. Latest Report Card with Learner Reference Number (LRN will apply for Kinder to Grade 12 applicants)

                      i. Progress Report for Preschool

4. Wait for an email for the entrance exam and interview schedule. Please confirm your attendance by replying to the email. You may also process the following on the same day.

                 a. Payment of Admissions Fee (P600) at the SPCP Cashier.

                 b. Submission of requirements to the Admissions/Guidance Office.

5. Make sure to be on time for your exam schedule and interview.
