Advanced Placement (AP) program has been adopted by SPCP to level up the curricular offering of the Senior High School. It is meant to provide interested Paulinians the challenge and the rigor of international and university level courses. Following an enriched curriculum designed by the College Board in the United States, students become better equipped to tackle high level materials in the various disciplines. This opportunity could open up avenues for the Paulinian to excel in college and/or facilitate her acceptance in international universities.
Enrollment in an AP class is voluntary. Students are given the option to take the prescribed DepEd Senior High School (SHS) course or an equivalent AP course. The school ensures that the AP courses are highly enriched, challenging, and meet the minimum learning competencies and skills required by DepEd courses. The following table presents the AP courses offered in specific grade levels and tracks/strands.
